The National Cardiac Registry operations are contracted to Monash University through the Centre of Cardiovascular Research and Education in Therapeutics (CCRET) in the School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine. Monash University has established and managed clinical registries for 20 years and currently administers 45 state and national registries including a number of large national registries, as well as managing associated activities including international collaborations, clinical trials and registry harmonisation projects.
