Objectives

MODERNISE DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE AND DATA ACCESSIBILITY

  • Assess NCR data quality, accessibility and digital technologies
  • Collaborate and leverage from jurisdictional technologies and processes for innovative solutions
  • Implement new digital technologies and platform upgrades

EXPAND REGISTRY SCOPE WITH NEW MODULES AND DATASETS

  • Scope and implement a national CIED module
  • Develop a roadmap for expansion with existing registries and organisations managing other cardiac datasets
  • Scope areas for improvement on national Indigenous CVD data

COMMIT TO STRENGTHEN THE COLLECTION AND SHARING OF INDIGENOUS CARDIAC DATA

  • Embed Indigenous data governance into the NCR
  • Work collectively with Indigenous Peak Health Organisations at a national and state level
  • Commence meaningful and valued reporting on Indigenous PCI Data
